Try to use fresh grilled corn
This is perhaps the simplest to make of our series of Austrian summer salad recipes. Serve it as the side for any summer picnic, grill-out, clambake or the like and everyone will sing your praises. The secret? Styrian pumpkin seed oil (kerbiskernol). The other secret? Use fresh grilled corn. If that isn't possible, go ahead and substitute fresh or frozen kernals. This great summer beet salad will sit alongside some of your favorite warm weather dishes: fried chicken, BBQ, grilled fishes, schnitzel or simply a selection of cold cuts.
