A delicious and gorgeously colored sparkling Rose from La Jara! Organically farmed, family run and vegan. 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Noir. Their Sylvoz trained Glera vineyards lie on the ancient riverbed of the Piave, characterized by large white limestone galets (round gravel/stones) giving their wines their characteristic minerality and delicate florality. The Pinot Noir comes from their Frattina vineyard in Fruili and brings a wonderful depth of fruit to the pairing. Blended before undergoing Martinotti-Charmat fermentation in autoclave for 60 days. At 11.5% alcohol and redolent of vine bright raspberry and leaf, this is a perfect summertime aperitif or light dinner pairing!
