100% Grolleau from a parcel on schist and sandstone, from vines that were planted in 1950. The vineyard is tiny (a bit more than a half-acre), and yields are quite low at about 20hl/ha. Plowed by horse, with no machinery, at all. Natural winemaking with no sulfur added. Organic.
