Biologically farmed and carefully harvested, the rose from Zweigelt is a saignee rose that Ewald Gruber ferments in steel and bottles in January.

Like with all Gruber Roschiz wines, Ewald's focus is on bringing perfectly ripe and clean fruit into the cellar, which in turn can only be achieved by creating sound micro biology in the vineyard.

Once pressed, the wines at Gruber Roschitz are left to do their own thing.
