A lovely dessert wine crafted from the Scheurebe grape (SHOY-ray-bay), which is a traditional grape used for making sweet wines in this region. Notes of honeyed citrus and a hint of spice play around in this wonderfully balanced wine. It's sweet, but there's a nice zip of acidity that makes you keep going back for another sip. Pair this with blue cheeses, foie gras and pates, or alongside dessert (or even as the dessert, perhaps with just a bit of dark bittersweet chocolate.)
