Pepi Umathum is a master of Sankt Laurent and this, his classic style, is a is fresh and lively version for everyday indulgence. The deep purple color comes from thicker skins which promotes slow ripening and increased phenolics. Organically farmed using biodynamic principles. The 2018 is redolent of raspberry and spice and has soft tannins which means it is ready to drink immediately but also has the structure to age well.
