The Rosso Giaroni is David Spillare's take on Merlot from his volcanic soils in Gambellara. As always, natural winemaking, no filtration or fining or sulphur additions. Fermentation with native yeast in used barrels. It is a unique and captivating wine that deserves a bit of time for contemplation, open it and give it few hours of air to reveal its true class and beauty.
