A blend of aromatic white varieties from the same vineyard on the hills within the city limits of Vienna. A blend of aromatic whites hand picked and co-fermented. The winemaking process is characterized by minimal intervention: gentle pressing ageing in used French oak barrels. No fining or filtration, and minimal sulfur additions. This is a wine of great mineral character and vibrant acidity that continues to blossom with time in the glass.
