Grapes from one of the best sites in Burgenland from 60-year-old vines spontaneously fermented and aged in wooden barrels on the lees for 4 years. Powerful extraction and intensity perfectly balanced by a backbone of acidity. Earthy, complex and continuously evolving in the glass.
