Grown on slate subsoils in the Edelbraben vineyard in Breitenbrunn, the juice sits on the skins for only about 48 hours, long enough to impart a noticeable phenolic bite that rounds out with just a few minutes of decanting this wine and rewards with a delicious Gruner Veltliner that works perfectly with almost any dish.
