The mainstay of Alessandro Bortolin's production this is 100% Glera made in a very traditional style. Hand picked grapes from vineyards grown on the steep hillsides of Valdobbiadene with views to the Venetian lagoon benefit from warm days and cooling breezes from the sea and protecting Alps. Wonderful mousse with a hint of sweetness and sparkling perlage make this a perfect aperitif. Notes of granny smith apple, citrus and wildflowers.
