A field blend from one of their oldest vineyard sites, Ried Kadolzberg. Organically farmed, a blend of both red and white grapes, interplanted, hand picked and cofermented with native yeast. Unfined and unfiltered. A nose of wild strawberry, red cherry, and subtle citrus peel, underscored by gentle florality and wild herbs. Bright with refreshing acidity and long fine pithy tannins. Hints of pomegranate and rose petal. A wine that is crisp and refined making it perfect for food or may be simply enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
