A unique and fascinating passion project of Ariana's. One barrel of Welschriesling, organically farmed, native yeast, fermentation under flor. It sits untouched for 2 years and so the remaining 3/4 (Tres Quartos) of the barrel is bottled unfined/unfiltered with minimal SO2. A classic dry, salty, nutty and complex wine that is enhanced by the natural aromatics and fruitiness of Welschriesling.
