The Reserve 2017 spent 5 years in the barrel before being bottled in 2022. We are very excited 3 years later to welcome it into California for the first time. Built to drink now with all the complexity of an 8 year old Gruner Veltliner or to hold for a bit more time. Either way it is ultimately delicious and compelling. Notes of orange zest, honey, and an underpinning of acidity and saltiness.
