A blend of aromatic white varieties grown on older estate hillside vineyards comprised of limestone and chalk within the city limits of Vienna. A blend of aromatic whites, hand-picked and co-fermented. The winemaking process is characterized by minimal intervention: gentle pressing, ageing in used French oak barrels. No fining or filtration, and minimal sulfur additions. This is a wine of great mineral character and vibrant acidity that continues to blossom with time in the glass.
