A still white wine made from Pinot Noir grown in the volcanic soils of the famous Kaiserstuhl in the south of Baden. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on the fine lees before being bottled with a merely a hint of residual sugar. Wonderful acidity and a super fun Blanc de Noirs!
