The Balance glass is designed to bring harmony to wines with complex or contrasting elements. Its generous surface area gives the wine room to develop, while sharply conical sidewalls focus the aromas at a shorter distance than other Zalto glasses, bringing the wine’s characteristics together with unusual immediacy.

Rather than emphasizing any single element, the Balance integrates fruit, acidity, tannin, salinity and terroir without obscuring the wine’s underlying character.

Recommended for oak-influenced Chardonnay, Jura-style wines, skin-contact whites, whole-bunch fermented reds, wines with extended maceration, complex sparkling wines with long lees aging or oxidative character, and natural wines.

The glass measures 7.7 inches in height and 4.4 inches at its widest point, with a capacity of 590 ml.
