The Pride is a blend of Doktor Wunderer's Straning and Röschitz sites — ancient granite, gneiss, and loess soils along the former Bohemian coastline — hand-harvested and fermented slowly with native yeasts, untouched by filtration. At 13%, it sits light on its feet: yellow peach, melon, a thread of white flowers, with a textured, spiced finish that lingers.
