Stefan Wellanschitz, of Kolfok is one of our favorite natural winemakers. We were thrilled that he agreed to make the Felix wines for us. He sources organically farmed grapes from a cool site owned by his parents in Burgenland. The Felix wines adhere to a very clean and approachable style. This is pure Gruner Veltliner, capturing its traditional spiciness while preserving its bright, unadulterated fruit. Native yeast, unfined, with minimal Sulphur additions.
