Rosetta takes its name from the space mission that chased a comet to find the origins of life — an apt metaphor for a rosé that asks what wine looked like at the very beginning. In 2024, Cabernet Franc anchors the blend alongside Chenin Blanc, Grolleau Noir, and Grolleau Blanc, fermented with native yeasts and briefly aged in barrel. Bone-dry, structured, and quietly expressive — red fruit, spice, and real texture. Wonderful with food or as an aperitif.
