Antoine Van Remoortere returned to his family's Loire estate to farm four hectares on Menetou-Salon's Kimmeridgian clay-limestone slopes under organic principles. Spontaneously fermented and raised in steel, this Sauvignon Blanc is transparent and taut — bright citrus peel, wet stone, a thread of lemon zest pulling through to a clean, mineral finish.
