After working around the globe, Antoine Van Remoortere returned home and now farms just four hectares in Morogues. His Pinot Noir comes from the Fourchet and Reigny parcels, Kimmeridgian clay-limestone slopes with southeast exposure — cool-climate terroir that keeps this Pinot Noir taut and honest. Spontaneous fermentation in used oak, native yeasts, a whisper of sulfite at the end. The result is transparent, silky, and ruby-bright, with fine-grained minerality.
