A collaboration of Josef Umathum and Wolfgang Peck of Winzerkeller Andau working with small local farmers with long standing contracts. Zantho's aim is to showcase the distinct climate of Lake Neusiedl -- a large very shallow lake, bird sanctuary and a UNESCO World Heritage site that straddles Austria and Hungary. Zantho is firmly dedicated to green energy, harnessing the strong easterly winds with on-site wind turbines and the use of electric vehicles.
